Monthly Subscription – FAQs
Is there a setup fee?
No separate setup fee with the 24‑month term. If you prefer a shorter term, a setup fee may apply depending on scope.
Do I own the website?
Yes. After the 24‑month term, the website is yours to keep. You can stay on the plan, switch to a smaller care plan, or self‑host.
What’s not included?
Complex functionality like e‑commerce, advanced booking systems, memberships, custom integrations, or major redesigns are excluded from the monthly scope and are quoted separately.
Can I cancel early?
You can cancel anytime after the 24‑month term with 30 days’ notice. Early cancellation before the term may require a buy‑out of remaining months or a one‑off fee to transfer assets and licenses.
How fast are content changes done?
Most small updates are completed within 48 business hours. Larger requests are scheduled and may span multiple cycles within the included monthly hours.
